MICHAEL MALINA is a retired attorney who has spent a lifetime studying the Hebrew Scriptures. He is the author of Reflections of an Honest Skeptic: An Unorthodox Approach to Genesis (2011) and has taught in synagogues and other venues.
of diverse topics including Gilbert & Sullivan, music theory,
musical theater and unorthodox approaches to reading the
Bible. He graduated magna cum laude from both Harvard
College and Harvard Law School and was an Editor of the
Harvard Law Review. He and his wife were also deeply
involved in Scarsdale Summer Music Theater, Michael
serving as the group’s historian for many years.
