CourseGraphic This gentle class begins with students seated in chairs for warm-ups and basic yoga poses to improve range of motion. Students then stand (with chair in reach if needed) for a series of strength-building classic yoga poses that improve balance, increase flexibility, and help build muscle and bone strength. Exercises are accessible to students of all sizes and fitness levels, including those with chronic conditions  Bring a yoga sticky mat to class
