Instructor Biography: Elizabeth Gabor
Elizabeth Gabor, M.S.W. is Co-Founder of The Wellness and Communication Project, teaching patient empowerment for better health in the world. She is a mind-body medicine practitioner, meditation teacher, wellness speaker, and certified success coach. Gabor incorporates breath work, meditation, guided imagery, movement, and writing in her work to reduce stress, helping individuals to move past their stuck points and become who they are truly meant to be. She works with individuals, groups, and organizations to overcome obstacles, make positive changes, and integrate practices that encourage balance and wellness. Gabor extensively trained at The Center for Mind Body Medicine in Washington D.C., under the leadership of its founder, James S. Gordon, MD, and received her Canfield Methodology certification under Jack Canfield, co-author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series.
