Instructor Biography: Alexandra Leaf
ALEXANDRA LEAF brings together her knowledge of culinary history, French literature and the art of the Impressionist painters to create a unique talk that is sure to please listeners of diverse backgrounds and interests. Leaf is a culinary historian/educator and author of The Impressionists' Table: Recipes and Gastronomy of 19th Century France (1994) and Van Gogh's Table at the Auberge Ravoux (2001).
