| ARTHUR AVENUE FOOD TOURS is the local arm of the Southern Italian group tour leader, Feast on History, founded by husband and wife team Christian Galliani and Danielle Oteri. Galliani, an Italian wine expert and certified sommelier, was on the wine team at Del Posto an served as lead sommelier at Tarry Lodge, where he won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Oteri is an art historian, writer, and Italian food expert who has been leading tours of Little Italy since 2008, when Melissa Clark of the New York Times first referred a group of London food buyers for an insider’s tour. Both Galliani and Oteri have lifelong ties to the family-owned shops that line Arthur Avenue. | |
