| JOHN M. ALISE is adjunct professor of Latin American and European History at Mercy College. He holds an MA in European History from Columbia University, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Latin American Literature from Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo. He is interested in the fecund intersection of Spanish, Indian, and African traditions in Latin American culture. | |
