Instructor Biography: Shilpi Chandra
SHILPI CHANDRA is an art historian, curator and writer specializing in contemporary art of Asia. She has curated several exhibitions on contemporary art and artists at the Katonah Museum of Art. She received a BA in Art History and Economics from Swarthmore College, an MA in Modern and Contemporary Art, Criticism and Theory from SUNY Purchase College, and an MBA from Columbia University. Her writings appear regularly on her blog, Asianyart.wordpress.com.
