Instructor Biography: Adam Weisler
ADAM WEISLER has taught all levels of U.S. History and AP/AT U.S. Government and Politics at Scarsdale High School since 1998. He received his undergraduate degree from George Washington University, earned MA, MPhil, and PhD degrees from Columbia University, and an EdM from Columbia University's Teachers College. He has served as an adjunct professor in the City University of New York (CUNY) system, teaching courses in American Government and Politics, an area of interest inspired by early internships in the United States Senate, with the Majority Leader of the United States House of Representatives, and with the committee organizing a national political party convention at Madison Square Garden. He serves as a trustee of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library in Hyde Park and is a member of the Organization of American Historians, the American Historical Association, and the American Political Science Association.
