Instructor Biography: Nara Milanich
NARA MILANICH is a Professor of Latin American History at Barnard College. She has worked as a volunteer interpreter for migrant families in an ICE detention facility in Texas and is currently working on an oral history project with Central American families that were separated at the border. This year she is a fellow at the Cullman Center for Scholars and Writers at the New York Public Library.
