Discover the fine art of cooking and baking.

 

 
This three-part class will introduce students to three different culinary regional styles: northern Italian, French Provence, and Chinese.  Working with fresh ingredients available in the markets at the time of the class, students will prepare a meal, complete with side dishes, to take home to enjoy.  Learn what these regions have in common and what makes them unique from a foodies’ perspective.  

Schedule : Weekly - Fri 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM; 3 sessions; starting 10/19/2018, ending 11/2/2018
