Taught by a team of professionals who provide services for seniors, this course offers help with the practical and emotional challenges faced by seniors and their families as they face the inevitable changes encountered as loved ones age.  Suitable for seniors or concerned family members alike, classes will address issues relevant to aging and will be tailored to address the individual needs and interests of the students enrolled.  Topics include aging in place safely, maintaining fitness in body and mind, overcoming isolation and finding community,  paperwork solutions, legal and financial actions, successful techniques for broaching difficult conversations about change and changing needs for support.
