Work all muscle groups using various types of resistance bands and body weight. Easier on the joints than other similar exercises, band resistance helps students to focus on strength training and stretching. This class complements weight bearing classes. Students should bring a mat and water. Bands may be purchased online; instructor will provide details on request.
