Plein Air Painting

Learn to paint plein air landscapes beginning with two classes in the studio and culminating with two onsite painting sessions at the iconic Untermeyer Park in Yonkers. Learn the foundations of landscape painting (color theory, composition, etc.) before venturing out to paint beautiful fall landscapes on location. Each session consists of live demonstrations, shared samples, independent work time with individual support as needed, as well as an opportunity to share your art. Class is suitable for beginners and intermediate painters alike. All materials, including easels for outdoor use, are supplied by the instructor and inclusive in class fee. Class size is limited to eight.
