CourseGraphic Practice classic and foundational yoga poses to increase strength and flexibility, improve posture and balance, and stabilize joints and bones. Class begins with students seated on chairs for warm-up movements and poses and progresses to a series of standing asana (no floor poses). Pose modifications are offered as needed. Class includes pranayama and deep relaxation techniques. Please bring a yoga sticky mat and one yoga block.
