CourseGraphic Experience Walk15®! This indoor fitness class is founded on 15-minute, big calorie burning miles using the best features of low impact aerobic style group exercise with easy-to-follow routines. Walking-based moves are set to music so that all fitness levels, all ages, and all sizes can enjoy them. Feel successful the first time. Please wear comfortable clothing and a good pair of sneakers. Bring water, a small towel, and optional light hand weights.
