CourseGraphic This lecture will review the leading decisions of the just concluded Supreme Court term and explore their likely impact as well as their implications for the direction of constitutional law. Cases to be discussed include Trump v. Barbara (Does the 14th Amendment guarantee birthright citizenship?) and Trump v. Cook (Can Congress limit the President's power to remove heads of independent government agencies?)
