Learn realignment techniques to stand or sit up straight, walk with efficiency and balance, and breathe more naturally. Take charge of your physical health and experience how optimal posture should feel. Gain deep insights into posture and its relation to health while learning easy, impactful postural stretches and exercises for home and/or at your work desk. Achieve insights about what causes day-to-day aches and pains (e.g., chronic back tightness, wrist discomfort while typing, difficulty sitting for extended periods). Class will combine unique and fun standing, sitting, and floor exercises.
