This unique fitness program features live piano accompaniment with exercises that are safe and suitable for women of all ages. The overarching goal is to help maintain proper alignment and to improve joint flexibility. Stretches will also work on neuromuscular coordination, abdominal strength, and endurance. Carefully sequenced routines use all 632 muscles plus the surrounding joints for a complete body workout. The amazing pianists make everyday stretches come alive as they play perfect songs to fit each routine.
