CourseGraphic Blast away soft spots with high intensity cardio bursts! Sculpt a leaner, stronger body with resistance exercises using hand-held weights, bands (optional) and your own body weight. This total body conditioning class is fun, easy-to-follow and effective. Enjoy more energy, stamina and looser clothes! ALL levels welcome. Students should bring weights of 3 to 10 lbs., mat, towel, water, and bands, if using.
