We are what we eat!  Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually the food we take in, the thoughts we have, and the energy we absorb all impact how we feel.  This class will discuss proper nutrition and mindful eating, meditation and emotional balance, and how to manage our energy. Come away with simple tools to refresh and renew your body, mind and spirit.
