Gentle on the Joints Body Sculpting

For those who prefer not to get up and down on the floor, this class offers strength and flexibility training using both weights and resistance bands and chairs for balance exercises.  This class includes a variety of standing exercises to focus on building or regaining muscle tone, balance, and range of motion. Students should bring weights of 1 to 5 pounds and water.  Yoga straps are used to assist in stretching and are available for purchase at first class.
