Whether you are brand new to meditation or already enjoy a regular practice, learn meditation techniques (using breathing exercises, visualization, and simple movements) to quiet the mind and vastly improve your sense of peace and wellbeing. The goal of the series is to cultivate a daily meditation practice and enjoy the physical, emotional, and mental benefits a daily practice can bring.  Wear comfortable clothes; yoga mat is optional.
