CourseGraphic For the major muscle groups, these free-weight exercises will increase muscular strength and endurance and will improve flexibility, range of motion, and body tone. Participants will learn to exercise safely and correctly. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome; progress will be according to ability. Students should have an exercise mat and 1- 5 pound weights.
