  For the major muscle groups, these free-weight exercises will increase muscular strength and endurance and will improve flexibility, range of motion, and body tone. Participants will learn to exercise safely and correctly. All ages and levels of fitness are welcome; progress will be according to ability. Bring an exercise mat and 1- 5 pound weights. Thursday evening class will use dynabands which will be available for purchase ($3 - $5) at the first class.   Enrollment limited to 18 students.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is ideal for practitioners seeking a more gentle, restorative practice, as well as athletes looking to improve their game by increasing their flexibility and stamina.  Each pose will be held for several breaths, delving deeper with every exhalation. Build confidence and have fun while improving your English language skills and learning about U.S. culture.
